Rename Twain_32.8BA to ~Twain_32.8BA. (You may not see the filename extension .8BA.)

When the TWAIN plug-in is disabled, you cannot operate your device by choosing File > Import > [Device name] in Photoshop or Photoshop Elements.

There are 2 ways to do Run as administrator:
